Dame Diana Rigg and Follies

Diana Rigg was on the Paul O'Grady show week before last and paul was talking about her wonderful performance in Follies at the Shaftsbury all those years ago. I remember seeing it twice once with the original cast and later when they did a cast change. Wasnt it a wonderful show and such great stars in it.

Diana Rigg was also in the original cast of Putting It Together at the Fire Station in Oxford, way back in '92.What a shame it never went any further.

I loved the production - even though I still prefer the original version - but I was never sure about Daniel Massey as Ben, mainly because on the number of occasions I saw it I always had difficulty working out what he was saying!
